Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
1. To man the Fire Command Centre and expected to know the Emergency Procedures and fire fighting techniques in case of emergency and fire.
2. To keep surveillance from the CCTV at the Fire Command Centre.
3. To record all incidents in the daily occurrence log and update all the record books at the Fire Command Centre.
4. To attend to any case reported and to handle the situation professionally.
1. To assist the guests in any enquiry and perform concierge duties with the maximum standard and guests satisfaction.
2. To be well-versed in the lock system and to rectify if any problem arises.
3. To observe suspicious characters loitering at the lobby.
4. To ensure that the driveway and carpark are free from traffic obstruction.
5. To check on fire hazards and any irregularities during patrolling.
6. To ensure that all lifts are functioning.
7. To keep Chief Security Officer/Concierge posted on all matters of security interests.
8. To perform any other duties as and when delegated by the superior.
9. Able to work 3 rotating shifts:
Working hrs: 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 11pm - 7am. Nite shift allowance and overtime is claimable.
