We bring a blend of new ideas and technologies that excite businesses to innovate, creating a space for ideation and co-creation opportunities while fostering a vibrant ecosystem to transform and embrace new opportunities in the digital economy.The primary role of the intern serves to focus on the content production and customer experience of the exhibits at the Centre that showcases Singtel\'s in-flight and advanced technologies across the commercial and enterprise segments, targeting B2B customer segments (Singtel local & overseas markets), through engaging experiences and innovative solution use cases, as well as leveraging it for leadership positioning targeting the C-suite executives.The Centre being a key customer touchpoint, the intern will partner the Innovation team for the overall experience of the Centre with the customer journey in mind and ensure smooth operations of the Centre.Make an Impact byStorytelling, Contention Production and Experience

• Partner internal stakeholders from the lines of businesses (LoBs) and Customer Solutions leaders to update the Innovation Centre content on a quarterly cadence
• Partner with Innovation Centre team to prepare and produce customised customer presentations targeted at Senior Executives
• Maintain standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing.
• Maintain the work flow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
• Partner with Innovation team to manage partners and vendors on the production of demos
• Manage interns and student engagements as necessary, ensuring timely delivery of projects

Operations

• Manage close-loop reporting with customer relation management tool (CRM), key performance metrics and workflow cadences for demand and lead-generation purposes
• Manage scheduling and host allocation for visits
• Support and own logistics for events held at the Innovation Centre

Key Events/ Special Projects

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class industry forums
• Organise meetings and workshops for customer engagements

Skills for Success

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communications
• Commit to a 6-month internship
• Experience with Content Production, Management and Marketing or Editorial for B2B segments
• Experience in customer experience, enhancing a customer\'s encounters and touchpoints is a plus
• Presentation and communications skills, proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be effective both as individual and in teams
• Strong attention to details with superior time and project management skills
• Self-motivated, takes ownership and initiative able to work independently
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills and excel in multitasking
• Understanding of emerging technologies and trends, ability to demonstrate how technologies contribute to digital transformation and business growth
