• Services teams in charge of developing business
• Engineering teams in charge of maintenance
• Region sourcing

External:

• Alstom customers in APAC
• APAC Universities and research centers
• APAC start up and tech companies

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Several needs for robots are identified (cleaning, inspection, carrying)
• Set up strategy for innovation station needs (include automoted robots with wheels or legs and drones) - time to market and ROI
• Organise competition between suppliers and led developement project
• Capacity to create content for demo, lead development and assemble delivery from internal and/ or external teams
• Qualify suppliers wherever needed in APAC
• Drive sustainability projects
