Job Description
As an Indoor Sales Representative, you'll be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue through proactive cold calling and attending to walk-in customers. You'll play a pivotal role in the sales cycle by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively closing deals while working within our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients/customers from provided lists, introducing our products/services and identifying opportunities for sales.Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings to effectively communicate features, advantages, and benefits to potential customers.Sales Strategies:
Employ persuasive sales techniques to effectively negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.CRM Utilization:
Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and contribute to overall sales improvement initiatives.Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance selling techniques and product understanding.Benefits:
