Role Description
We are looking for a self-starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and bring in more property owners and seekers to the top of the funnel. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact with the clients (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller. You will be responsible for managing the pre-sales consultative selling process from initial contact, lead qualification and nurturing, to the introduction to one of Propsellers in-house Real Estate Consultants (i.e. property agents). You are responsible for handling inbound leads coming directly to our website (85%) while also hunting for outbound prospects by yourself (15%). As a trusted advisor to the clients, you will play a fundamental role in helping the clients achieve their goals whilst ensuring a smooth sales process.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the pre-sales process via various channels: calls, emails, chat, etc
Introduce Propsellers services and value proposition in a pitch to potential clients
Understanding the client's needs and providing thorough advice about the property market, regulations, and transaction steps (youll get intensive training)
Convert Marketing Qualified Leads who have contacted us via our website, or other channels into Sales Qualified Leads who will meet one of our Real Estate Consultants
Drive high activity volumes - make 40+ calls daily
Lead demand generation initiatives from ideation to execution
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Represent Propseller with top-level professionalism
Drive Propseller growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
Propose, launch and deliver commercial and operational projects
Ideal Candidate

Requirements
Education & Experience:Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, sales support or real estate OR Diploma degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales support, or real estate
Business proficiency in English (Fluency in other SEA languages is a plus)
Exceptional poise and presence over the phone
The drive to maintain 40+ calls per day
High level of client centricity: ability to manage multiple clients while exceeding client expectations
Comfortable with using sales tools, technologies and systems
Nice to Have (not required): Real Estate Experience or License
