to support our sales operations team. This role involves managing sales documentation, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery. You'll be part of a collaborative multinational team (including Japan counterparts) while also working independently to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process sales-related documents, including delivery orders and invoices.
Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and follow up with customers on orders and delivery schedules.
Handle incoming sales orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.
Support corporate (B2B) sales activities and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams across regions to align sales objectives.
Build customer trust and enhance brand loyalty through excellent service and communication.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
Prior experience or understanding of the
semiconductor or electronic parts industry
will be an advantage (other relevant industries welcome).
Basic knowledge of
supply chain and logistics
processes.
Proficient in
English and Chinese
to liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.
Good working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and
ERP systems
(e.g., SAP) -- preferred but not mandatory.
