Our client is a well known Integrated service provider for Oil & Gas Industry,Power and Financial Sectors. They have an
immediate requirement for a INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR

Job Responsibility:
Based on the Enquiry from Customers, create request for quote to Vendors.
To get quotes from the product manufacturers.
To compare the price, availability, time of delivery, C&F, CIF, FOB, warranty details, after sales service etc.
Prepare a comparative Cost Sheet with all the details and present to management for approval.
Prepare and Process Tender proposals.
Prepare financial documents required as per tender requirement.
Prepare the set of all the documents to be couriered or online filing for tenders.
Liaise with Suppliers for arranging supply of materials & their payments.
To find freight and other duties and taxes as per the customers delivery requirement.
Liaise with departments/staff and with relevant Freight Forwarders to arrange shipment of materials, prepare satisfaction and to follow-up payments from customers.
To find payment terms and LC negotiation.
Coordinating with customer and supplier for the shipment of goods.
Arrange for Verification/Pre-testing of product(s) and send the certificates to customer as per their requirement.
Coordinating with customer and supplier for the shipment of goods.
Negotiate Documentary Credits (LCs), prepare documents as per the terms stipulated in the LCs and ensure receipt of LC funds from customers.
Create and maintain database of purchase and sale of products.

Job Requirement:
Minimum work experience of 2 Yrs
Education level: Diploma / Bachelor\'s degree

Job location : Macpherson, Singapore East
Work week: 5.5 days
Salary : Upto S$ 3.5k pm (can be negotiated depending on the experience)
