Assess and analyze competitors\' information/trends to identify sales opportunities and business prospects
Maintain a constantly expanding database of leads/prospects
Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling and emails, to develop leads/referrals and generate interest
Promptly follow up on potential customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and furnish additional products/services information/solutions that is insightful to generate sales
Identify customers\' challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
Well equipped with product knowledge to upsell to customers with compatible products/services
Proactively follow up and maintain rapport with prospects and identify possible new sales opportunities
Partner with other channels to build a pipeline and close deals
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Sales experience in the software and technology industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
