Location : Tuas South (company transport at Lakeside 0715am)
Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pmRESPONSIBILITIES
\xc2\xb7 Ownership of allocated Inside Sales work by customer account.
\xc2\xb7 Understanding customer needs and requirements
\xc2\xb7 Generating quotations based on customer requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure customer purchase orders are executed in a timely manner.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all customers required specifications, drawings and any related documentation are communicated to appropriate personnel within the organization.
\xc2\xb7 Manage all delivery and pricing against customer purchase orders.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely delivery of shipment.
\xc2\xb7 Work with outdoor sales to achieve objectives.
\xc2\xb7 Generate M3 report for data accuracy.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for and directly involved with assigned customers.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor delivery and expediting when needed.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate purchase orders to suppliers.
\xc2\xb7 Track orders and ensure timely delivery by suppliers.
\xc2\xb7 Handle customer returns and issues from suppliers.
\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate shipment from/to customers & suppliers.
\xc2\xb7 Following up customer overdue payment.
\xc2\xb7 Suggest improvements to increase efficiency of Inside Sales dept.
\xc2\xb7 Any tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.REQUIREMENTS
\xc2\xb7 Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Inside Sales activities.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Oracle system .
\xc2\xb7 External audit experience and/or demonstrate strong working knowledge with internal controls preferred.
\xc2\xb7 Strong initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, independent and responsible with good organization and analytical skills.
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
