Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the IT sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East \xe2\x80\x93 easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the company\xe2\x80\x99s order processing/management
Responsible for providing advice/support to the various stakeholders
Responsible for liaising with the various internal departments with regards to order management processes when required
Responsible for maintaining/updating information in the database which are required for processing
All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Min Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
Min 2 years of relevant working experience
