& Responsibilities

Sales support duties such as customer enquiries, quotations, data entry in MIS, and preparation of shipment documents Engage Outside Sales on minimizing finished goods inventory, track inventory for specific customers, monitor customer demand and follow up with plans on the delivery schedule Provide analytical support to Outside Sales on list of quotations/deals that failed to be closed on a monthly basis Understand and identify the specifications required by customers in their engineering drawings, provide accurate request of drawing to application department Maintain customer database on an accurate and timely basis Provide good customer service and assist the sales team in meeting their sales targets Well versed in products and stay up-to-date with new features

Requirements

BA/BSc/Dip in Business Administration or relevant field In-depth understanding of the sales administration process Knowledge of linear motion control components and systems will be an added advantage * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration field, or fresh grad with relevant education background and good organizational and communication skills
