We\'re seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Establish and monitor department goals and KPIs, driving continuous improvement in sales performance and processes.
• Process Optimization: Improve internal procedures, ensuring compliance and proactively addressing policy gaps.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Incorporate a 24/7 customer service mindset, enhancing responsiveness and accuracy in sales activities.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate priorities with Engineering, Operations, and other departments, ensuring smooth interactions across the organization.
• Business Development: Lead the business generation process for SEA and Japanese markets, manage quotations, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
• Order Management: Oversee order handling, manage customer complaints, and ensure timely delivery.
• Team Coaching & Development: Train and mentor the Internal Sales team, building technical competence and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Inside Sales management.
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and CRM software.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and willingness to travel as needed.
