Inside Sales Manager (Team Lead)

permanent position

5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm)

What You'll Be Doing



Support the Sales Director by managing and coaching the sales team, overseeing daily activities, and ensuring targets are met. Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and follow up with existing customers to achieve sales goals. Serve as the main point of contact between sales teams, customers, and internal departments. Address customer issues proactively and provide tailored solutions to meet both sales and customer needs. Collect and analyze market intelligence regarding competitors, industry trends, and potential sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key industry contacts. Travel locally and internationally to meet key customers and strengthen business relationships. Negotiate commercial terms with clients and collaborate with relevant teams to finalize agreements. Use customer and competitor data to refine sales strategies and decision-making. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and internal teams. Develop and implement processes and policies that drive business growth and improve sales productivity. Identify, qualify, and add new prospects to the sales pipeline while expanding key accounts. Establish and manage strategic partnerships to foster business expansion. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to enhance their sales skills and client management capabilities. Meet periodic targets related to new customer acquisition, sales revenue, and overall sales activities. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business objectives.

What We're Looking For



Experience in

sales, business development

account management

, preferably with industrial or technology products. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing sales team. Excellent

communication

interpersonal skills

, with the ability to lead and influence others effectively. Ability to identify market opportunities and assess potential customers and business prospects. Self-motivated, resourceful, and skilled at troubleshooting and decision-making. Results-oriented, with a customer-focused mindset and a comfort level in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
