Job Description

- Position Title: Inside Sales Representative / Indoor Sales Representative
- Working Location: Bukit Merah
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/ assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Occasionally physical visits/meetings with customers
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- At least A-level and above
- Training provided to inexperienced candidates.
- Prior experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position is preferred.
