Candidate will be required to assist in Sales Admin, Sales Call, and engagement of Prospect for Selling. Responsibilities: Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Staying informed about competing products and services. Upselling products and services. Researching and qualifying new leads. Qualification and Experience ITE/ Diploma & above Proficiency in Microsoft Office Communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Phone and cold calling skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong listening and sales skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, on the telephone and in writing. Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision. Ability to prioritize, manage and perform under pressure Willing to work flexibly and with enthusiasm. Skills and Attributes: Good interpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitude are expected. A team player with determination to drive to excel. Excellent customer service skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
