This role is an Individual Contributor with matrix leadership to lead the Inside Sales Representatives Team. The Inside Sales Representative - Team Lead will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative - Team Lead will also conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on interactions with prospects. Responsibilities: Matrix leadership to a new team of Inside Sales Associate driving overachievement and goals with coaching, performance management, engagement, and career development. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Staying informed about competing products and services. Upselling products and services. Researching and qualifying new leads. Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Qualification and Experience: Minimum A Level/ ITE/ Diploma and above. Min 1-2 years of inside sales management or supervisory experience preferred telephone and internet-based sales experience required Demonstrated experience building, training, managing, growing, and developing an Insides Sales Representative team Skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers Proven track record of successful selling and management Ability to work well with all levels of people and teams in a matrix-organization structure Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies and cadences Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Excellent phone and cold calling skills. Strong listening and sales skills.
