This is a

pioneer hire for our client's Singapore team. We are currently seeking a Inside Sales for our client to manages complete order-to-delivery process, coordinates across sales, logistics, and customers, and ensures accuracy, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.





This role is based onsite in Singapore and reports to the Singapore business VP. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required to effectively liaise with the VP and China HQ.

Responsibilities:

Manage complex regional and international orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring 100% accuracy in order processing. Act as the primary liaison between the sales team, logistics, and customers, establishing smooth cross-department communication channels. Oversee the entire sales cycle, including issuing purchase orders, preparing invoices, and coordinating shipping logistics in accordance with Incoterms (International Commercial Terms). Maintain strong after-sales service standards, handling returns, complaints, and delivery issues with diplomacy and efficiency. Play a key role in reducing order processing time and improving customer satisfaction through systematic tracking and proactive follow-up. Contribute to inventory planning and coordination to ensure timely replenishment in line with sales demand.

Requirements:

Diploma or above.

Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales within the manufacturing industry.*
Familiar with inside sales processes; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel data management, Word document editing). Experience with order management systems is a plus. Strong communication and coordination skills, with keen attention to detail. Responsible, patient, able to handle work pressure, and with a strong customer service mindset.
