Job Description



Textile and Fashion Industry Training Centre (TaF.tc) is the training arm of the Textile & Fashion Federation (Taff). It\xe2\x80\x99s also the first Continuing Education and Training Centre (CET) for the textile and fashion industry in Singapore, with the vision of becoming a global fashion school without boundaries.


As an Inside Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the marketing department and strategize together on ways to close leads generated from campaigns. Be part of the journey of growing and shaping TaF.tc\xe2\x80\x99s brand by making key strategic choices. This role is for you if you have::

  • The Calling of a Good Listener. You will have the opportunity to connect with many individuals who come across our platform and marketing channels to address their needs.
  • Developing and Enhancing your communication skills. You will have the opportunity to work with cross departments and different stakeholders
  • Getting down and dirty for Customer-Centric Problem Solving. You love to solve problems and can identify key leverage points in a customer\xe2\x80\x99s journey to bring out the most conversions. Ultimately, you will be able to design your very own sales process.
  • Passion to Make Customer Service Great Again. You believe that customers come first - which will ultimately translate to great designs and marketing goals.

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers\' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Ideally, you should have:
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Strong ability to Copywrite and conceptualize messages using attractive and impactful visuals.
    • Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal oversight.
    • Strong listening and excellent communication skills.
