Plan, execute and manage insolvency and restructuring engagements such as liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, special accountant, debt restructuring and bankruptcy work.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as clients, creditors, debtors, etc. in writing as well as business meetings.
Review financial position, conduct financial analysis, and develop turnaround strategies for clients in financial distress.
Participate in business development and client relationship management.
Review and ensure completeness and quality of work and compliance of all statutory and/or regulatory requirements of the engagements.
Assist the Director in practice development matters and activities.
Coach, motivate and develop junior members within the team.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or equivalent professional qualification
Able to work independently and lead in a team, manage projects and meet project deadlines.
Candidates with at least 2 to 3 years of proven and relevant insolvency experience in PAC firms will be considered for the Senior position. Candidates with more than 3 years of relevant experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
