A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Associate to join its highly regarded Singapore office. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong and commercially astute lawyer who is eager to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters within a dynamic and well-established practice.The team advises on high-value, cross-border disputes with a particular focus on matters involving offshore jurisdictions, including Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Ireland, and Jersey. The role offers exposure to a sophisticated caseload covering insolvency, restructuring, and broader financial disputes, acting for a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, multinational corporations, and insolvency practitioners.Key Requirements:

• 3-6 PQE, with experience gained in a leading disputes or insolvency practice within a common law jurisdiction.
• Strong technical ability, with experience in high-value commercial disputes, contentious insolvency, or financial litigation.
• Exposure to offshore or multi-jurisdictional matters is advantageous but not essential.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to navigate complex legal challenges in an international environment.
