Inspection Team Lead

Job Description
As the Inspection (Team Lead), you will be responsible to certify and verify all pre vehicle inspection reports by the inspection team, verifying vehicle parts are LTA approved for yearly road tax inspections, identify major accidents and diagnose all electrical and mechanical fault issues of the vehicle.
Primary KPI & Sucess Indicator
- Able to identify 90% of vehicle issues through the pre vehicle inspections and recommend repairs
- Supervise at least 20 vehicle inspections a day
- Troubleshooting major electrical and mechanical faults
- Lead, Manage and Train a team of inspectors for pre and post vehicle inspections
- Identify accident markings, LTA approved fittings
- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical fault codes
- Conduct training session to maintain the standards of vehicle inspection
- Minimum automotive experience of 5 years
- Ability to diagnose fault codes and fault rectification
- Clearly understand the requirements for LTA vehicle inspections
- Class 3 Driving License
