Job Description

:

• Responsible for the installation and upkeep of CCTV, Access control, and surveillance systems.
• Conduct surveys at sites to determine the most suitable camera placements.
• Promptly address and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Carry out regular maintenance tasks and system updates.
• Respond quickly to service requests and provide technical assistance to customers.
• Accurately record all service-related activities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project success.
• Adhere to safety procedures while working onsite.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Possess prior experience with CCTV, Access control, and surveillance systems.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and proficiency with troubleshooting tools.
• Exhibit excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possessing certifications in related fields is advantageous.
• Capable of working independently and efficiently managing tasks.
