Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to ensure product hardware are installed, configured and serviced adequately to ensure optimum performance. This is a hands-on role with requirement to travel frequently to be on-site for all installation & maintenance jobs. In doing so the Installation Technician will be responsible for

1. Installation of all hardware per project requirement

2. Configuration of product accordingly to specifications

3. Replacement of damaged hardware components when necessary

4. Uninstallation of all hardware components at the end of trials with potential clients

5. Planned preventive maintenance with clients according to company SOP

6. Troubleshooting product issues independently / with support

7. Completing site service report and project documentation as necessary

8. Perform other administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Singaporean ONLY Computer literate - mandatory Engineering or Technical educational background is beneficial Experience with site servicing is beneficial Demonstrated technical and troubleshooting skills Demonstrated customer service experience Demonstrated client-facing and internal communications skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to produce site installation reports according to company format Possess own transportation

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,300.00 per month
