Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring a hardworking and responsible Installer (Outdoor Painter) to join our construction team. This role involves exterior painting works for buildings and structures, as well as assisting in general outdoor installation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform surface preparation (scraping, sanding, cleaning, priming) Apply paint and protective coatings to external walls, roofs, and other structures Operate brushes, rollers, and spray painting equipment Set up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment Carry out basic repair works before painting (e.g., patching, caulking) Ensure proper finishing and quality of paint jobs Maintain cleanliness of work area and painting tools Follow safety and worksite rules strictly Support general construction and installation tasks when required
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in outdoor painting or construction work is an advantage Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and under sun exposure Able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team Knowledge of basic safety practices on construction sites * Good work attitude and reliability
