Apply coats of plaster, skim coat, or cement render using hand and power tools.
Create smooth or textured finishes as required by drawings or instructions.
Repair and patch existing plasterwork on walls or ceilings.
Ensure accuracy and quality of finishing work within project deadlines.
Maintain plastering tools and equipment in good condition.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and site regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of plastering experience in construction projects.
Knowledge of plastering, skimming, and cement rendering techniques.
Ability to read and understand basic site drawings and measurements.
Physically fit and able to work at heights or in confined spaces.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
