The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Trader to join their high-performing team. This role is to maintain the client partnerships and requires a professional who can provide exceptional service and deep market insight.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong, trusted relationships with an institutional client portfolio. Deliver daily market commentary and generate strategic trade ideas. Execute trades across a diverse product range, managing associated risk. Ideate and contribute to the development of new structured products. Liaise with internal teams (Trading Ops, Tech, Quants) to improve processes and client offerings. Ensure all activities adhere to strict regulatory and internal risk frameworks.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a global markets trading role. Proven track record in a client-facing sales trading or similar capacity. Strong analytical skills and a keen awareness of financial risk. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork. Ability to excel in a dynamic, high-stakes trading floor environment. Knowledge of FX Options and/or Cryptocurrencies is a significant advantage. * Must be available to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
