Job Description
Objectives:
1. To enable the different levels of students (Secondary 1 - 4) of varying competency level to properly operate the school sound system.
2. To equip students with the relevant Audio-Visual skills that will enable them to participate actively in all school-based events.
Job Scope:
1. Submit a proposal outline covering 18 sessions of 3 hours each.
2. To design and plan developmentally appropriate and differentiated training plan in consultation with the teachers-in-charge.
3. To conduct weekly (1 training session per week on Friday afternoons) for Secondary 1 - 4 students, of varying degree of competency.
4. To coach and guide students during selected school events inclusive of the selected rehearsals for the events in addition to the regular training sessions.
5. To keep track of students\' progress and development of their Audio visual skills.
6. To work with the teachers-in-charge to develop students passion and inculcate good values in them.
Requirements:
- All Instructors supplied by the Contractor shall be registered with the Ministry of Education
- Any certificate or diploma related to Audio Visual Technology.
- All Instructors should be competent to handle the tasks and responsibilities assigned. All Instructors should have preferably 1 year of coaching experience in Infocomm Club.
- Track Record
- To provide a list of current and past training conducted for similar programmes from 1 Jan 2022 to the closing date of this quotation.
Working Arrangement: Friday 2.30 - 5.30 pm (Excluding public holidays, school holidays and CCA stand down period for exams.)
Contract Period: Till Dec 2024
