Instructors for Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Learning for Life Programme (LLP) for school students

Instructors must be able to do the following:

1. Draw out Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies in the participants, especially

- Self-Management,

- Relationship (peers, teachers and parents/guardian) and

- Responsible Decision Making skills.

2. Empower participants to improve their resilience and cooperate with others towards a common objective.

3. Create an enviornment enhancing experience and learning opportunities of the participants towards the school’s Learning for Life Programme (LLP) values and develop social emotional competencies, self-efficacies, leadership and competencies, such as:

Preparing participants for future roles in society.

To counter bad influences in society.

Moral values such as:

Honesty.

Hard work.

Respect for others.

Cooperation.

Compassion.

Forgiveness.

You should possess the respective qualifications in international, regional or local associations of your respective sports.
