Liaising with various Insurers to prepare insurance quote to client's enquiry. Prepare insurance renewals, endorsement processing and handle claim enquiry Update Client's Database Provide administrative support and tasks as assigned Requirement Minimum polytechnic diploma Preferably 3 years relevant experience Those without experience but keen to learn will be considered Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance (HI) Cert will be a must Able to communicate effectively Proficient in Microsoft office 365 and Outlook Team Player and able to multi-task efficiently Able to start work at short notice
