Your Role
  • Assist Department Head in handling clients\xe2\x80\x99 accounts
  • Day-to-day broking/claims administration
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • This is not a Sales position/role
Your Profile
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level, Diploma holders or equivalent
  • Working experience in the insurance industry will be added advantage
  • Customer Orientated
  • Drive, Dedication and Determination
What makes you stand out?
  • Insurance Qualifications including certifications such as ComGI, BCP, PGI, or other equivalent relevant qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, resourceful, and meticulous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
