Assisted in managing the existing portfolio and following up on new leads to secure new business.
Confident in carrying out presentations to clients.
Monitor credit control of own portfolio.
Attend to general inquiries concerning insurance products.
Verify the completeness of policyholders' submitted data forms to ensure that all necessary information is provided.
Undertake projects or duties as assigned by management.
Prepare correspondence to clients.
Handle general administrative and operational duties such as billing.
Perform policy processing duties for new business & renewal policies, endorsements, etc.
Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals.
Support and administration of individual and corporate accounts.
Filing of the insurance paperwork.
Requirements
Min. of 1 year of experience in the General Insurance industry.
Meticulous and able to work independently.
Computer-literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software.
Candidates with CGI certificates will be at an advantage.
