Maintain and update website content to reflect current programmes and initiatives.
Check copy for various platforms and audiences whilst adhering to brand guidelines and organisational standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a primary liaison with arts, heritage, and community partners, maintaining regular communication and fostering collaborative relationships.
Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and project updates with external stakeholders.
Support the development and maintenance of partner databases and communication channels.
Event Support and Coordination
Provide comprehensive administrative, organisational, and logistical support for outreach events and programmes.
Assist with event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
Handle registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
Administrative Excellence
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all engagement activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as required.
Support budget tracking and resource allocation for various projects and initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with organisational procedures.
Requirements:
Interest in Arts Management, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
Experience in proof reading, content loading, administrative support, or programme coordination is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
Strong collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive working environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with digital communication platforms.
Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
