The Integrated Media Coordinator will work within our Centre of Expertise (COE) team, across the Asia Pacific division. The role will be responsible for successfully supporting the execution and measurement of all integrated media campaigns. You will have a passion for building innovative and integrated media campaigns to drive always on activity and support key marketing initiatives.

This key MVP is highly-organized, self-motivated, and can operate in a rapidly-evolving and fast-paced environment. This role will collaborate across divisions with brand marketing teams, agency teams, and other internal and external partners to ensure cohesive, integrated marketing communications are created with speed and delivered to the right people at the right time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Integrated Media Team in the planning and execution of paid media and social media brand campaigns.
  • Work with external agencies in the conceptualization and execution of cross-channel media plans that deliver growth and efficiency across the APAC region.
  • Build strategic full funnel media recommendations across the Foot Locker APAC portfolio inclusive of channel recommendations, content, flighting, target parameters and investment.
  • Design audience modeling and targeting plans that realize differentiation and maximize effectiveness across the purchase funnel/consumer journey.
  • Support Marketing teams and campaign management with content and creative best practices for social and media channels.
  • Lead the organization of creative asset management for paid media including link tagging, asset tracking, approval routing, etc.
  • Establish standardized measurement and reporting discipline, inclusive of ROI modeling, individualized campaign KPIs/scorecarding and core brand metrics.
  • Support the Integrated Media Team administrative needs.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for all things paid media and act as a resource across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant degree
  • 2+ years experience in marketing or digital media
  • Retail Marketing Experience preferred
  • A willingness to be hands on at all stages of project implementation
  • Interest in sneakers, and youth (Gen-z) culture encouraged but not mandatory
  • A pro-active and self-motivated approach with an appetite to improve Foot Locker's media strategy and investments
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 software suites and other collaborations tools
