The Integration Engineer develop the Architecture design & development of Integration Solutions to connect business applications across clouds/hosting in an efficient and cost-effective manner. The Integration Engineer must have the ability to assess the business requirements and develop the integration solution to meet the business need while working with Global business and technical implementation teams across integration technologies, cloud hosting network and security.

Make an Impact by

• Analyse Module specifications work with developers to coordinate the work, track the progress of the work
• Prepare follow and instil in the development team the Industry standard program guideline, programming best practices, and integration mechanics.
• Prepare/Review changes to configurable items, which include hardware, software, documentation, etc. It covers configuration management planning, configuration identification, configuration controls & audits
• Review unit test package and SIT test scenarios, tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program
• Prepare the SIT test logs, ensure SIT test cases are followed up and closed
• Track the end-to-end Module delivery development to SIT.
• Planning, executing, and managing the integration between applications and systems.
• Responsible for Integration & Architecture deliverables.
• Design, configure and implement integration flows focusing on the use of reference architectures and best practices.
• Design, develop and implement API solutions.
• Document and maintain integration services and interface specifications.
• Lead integration tests in both functional and non-functional scenarios.
• Identify and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Conduct proofs-of-concept on new integrations.
• Document technical guidelines to represent integration design patterns, code templates, and use case scenarios.
• Develop and implement extraction, transformation, and loading for data integration.
• End to End integration testing, system testing,
• Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) & implementation activities to fix the reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment
• Work with developers to Investigate all reported problems/errors & initiate amendments & testing so that the system can operate correctly & efficiently
• Prepare Review & maintain up-to-date technical documentation, flow diagrams and system documentation.
• Analyse functional requirements to translate into integration design using established design methodologies and guidelines
• Ensure codes reviews comply with financial sector security guidelines
• Able to manage 4-5 developers both onsite and offshore
• Provide subject matter expertise to both IT and business colleagues.

Skills for Success

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of programming experience, with min 2 years\' experience in application integration using any integration suite
• Experience implementing applications languages Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge in application integration frameworks design and implementation (REST, SOAP, JDBC/ODBC, JMS, SQL)
• Proficient in development and conversion methodologies, Java, Apex, XSLT, JSON, XML, and EDI formats.
• Proficient in the design and development of APIs and services using various integration tools/frameworks
• Proficient in performance optimization of interface testing with tools (Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, etc)
• Experience in database engineering using MSSQL development
• Experience in frameworks such as React JS.
• Experience in API development using Camel or APIgee
• Experience in Designing, Development and Implementing REST based micro/modular services using Spring framework
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML5/ CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Experience in Designing, Development and Implementing on event-driven architecture knowledge in real-time messaging systems
• Experience in DevOps & CI/CD using Bamboo, Jenkins, SonarQube
• Experience using scrum-based software development tools like JIRA, BitBucket and confluence
