The Opportunity:

Join our APAC team based in Singapore as an Intelligence Analyst and delve into the specialized field of Narrative Risk Intelligence. This engaging role enables you to apply your unique expertise using our groundbreaking Blackbird Constellation platform.

The position incorporates a variety of exciting disciplines including Analytics, Research and Reporting, Client Support and Enablement. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will consult multiple stakeholders both within Blackbird.AI and across the broader industry.

Our team ethos is based on the delivery of high-standard insights and top-tier enablement. We assist organizations as they implement advanced solutions to protect against narrative and perception risk.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed English and Mandarin multi-source intelligence analysis on qualitative and quantitative data from social media and open sources, using Blackbird\xe2\x80\x99s Constellation platform to identify and monitor risk areas in line with client interests.
• Utilize analytical insights to create client deliverables, such as reports and presentations, and provide essential support in client meetings as necessary.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping to check-in sessions and the delivery of final reports.
• Create thought leadership materials grounded in analysis, including industry-specific White Papers, articles, blog posts, and comprehensive reports.
• Demonstrate Blackbird\'s Constellation software product to external audiences, as an expert user.
• Provide training on Blackbird\xe2\x80\x99s Constellation platform to new client users, and other onboarding assistance.
• Contribute to Customer Satisfaction processes, providing analyst support and troubleshooting assistance for Blackbird Constellation users.
• Undertake ad hoc intelligence, support, and administrative tasks as relevant, such as Quality Assurance checks for Blackbird\xe2\x80\x99s software product.

• Advanced proficiency in both English and Mandarin, including superior reading, writing, and comprehension skills. They should demonstrate the ability to accurately interpret and analyze complex information, understanding cultural nuances, idioms, and colloquialisms, essential for effective intelligence analysis.
• Comprehensive experience with the intelligence cycle, including identifying key collection sources, evaluating raw intelligence, conducting research, performing network analysis, and producing intelligence reports for various stakeholders.
• Solid skills in data analysis; experience with social media analysis and handling large unstructured datasets, and data science experience would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver timely, concise, and accurate intelligence reports and verbal briefings.
• An ability to approach information and data objectively and rationally, understanding bias, identifying crucial relationships, and applying robust examination methods to form well-informed judgments.
• High professionalism, self-motivation, efficiency, and a results-oriented approach with the ability to deliver on short timelines.
• Proficiency in the Google Suite of products.

• Experience within crisis communications or intelligence communities.
• Previous experience in both qualitative and quantitative project management.
• Familiarity with software tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, and Asana.
