Job Description

Our client is a global manufacturer in the specialty chemicals industry, known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. With operations spanning multiple markets, the company is currently undergoing a period of business transformation and seeks an experienced finance leader to provide interim oversight and strengthen its financial governance and strategic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee group-level financial operations, including accounting, consolidation, and statutory compliance. Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with corporate objectives. Partner closely with business and regional leaders to deliver insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency. Strengthen financial controls, reporting accuracy, and compliance frameworks. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the finance team during the interim period. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as required.

Experience:

At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, with recent leadership exposure in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors. Strong technical expertise in consolidation, financial reporting, and governance. Proven ability to operate in a matrixed, cross-border environment. Qualified CPA / CA (or equivalent) preferred.
