Your Role

Brief and explain to contractors the proposed design intents and finishes Prepare high standards of 3D and AutoCAD Drawings, Material Boards Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works Ensure quality and a high level of customer satisfaction Attend all design consultations and site meetings

Job Requirements

Must possess skills in the following Computer-Aided Software Skills: Autodesk AutoCAD & Adobe Photoshop It is good to have the following skillset in Autodesk 3D Max, SketchUp, Vray Highly motivated, confident, and eloquent with good interpersonal skills Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc Experience in designing residential and hospitality projects Good communication skills
