Participate in client intake meetings & site survey Brainstorm and propose creative solutions Prepare 3D renders and present winning designs to clients Develop design/detailed drawings Prepare colour scheme and material board Source competitive quote/materials/samples Prepare Construction Specification/Design Documentation/Sample Board End to end management of assigned projects

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalant Min 5 years design experience in Hospitality, Commercial, Retail and/or Residential Creative conceptual design ability with a creative flair for winning designs Strong experience in technical/detailed co-ordinationa and drawing Competent in Autocad, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Sketchup, Excel and any other design software Skilled in space planning/conceptual design/interior detailing Good team player and proactive Good client management skill Ability to present design concepts effectively to clients (fluent in English) Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently Takes pride in seeing a project to completion
