Interior Design Project Lead

to create detailed drawings and plans for interior spaces, oversee key initiatives, coordinate teams, and ensure seamless execution from planning to delivery.





The ideal candidate will not only have a strong understanding of interior design principles, excellent technical skills, but also have a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments to ensure projects are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for preparing technical and elevation drawings Managing project schedules. Coordinate on-site and off-site work activities to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain close communication with clients and designers, ensuring proper documentation. Collaborate with team members and the production team to ensure projects are completed on time. Monitor project progress, providing regular reports to clients. Inspect materials and products delivered to the site for quality and accuracy. Prepare the site for handover, ensuring all requirements are met for client sign-off. Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Certificate/ Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, Building Construction Candidates with minimum 2 year experience in site/ project management preferred Ability to understand architectural finishes and installation methods preferred Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details Experienced in project management and scheduling preferred Highly dedicated, responsible and willing to grow with the company
