Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of

design concepts, mood boards, and presentation drawings

for projects. Produce detailed

architectural and interior drawings

, 3D visuals, and material specifications. Support in

space planning, layout design, and material selection

. Work closely with the

project managers, engineers, and site teams

to ensure design intent is executed on-site. Liaise with

clients, consultants, and contractors

to coordinate project requirements. Ensure all designs and drawings comply with

local regulations, building codes, and safety standards

. Prepare and maintain accurate

documentation, shop drawings, and as-built drawings

. Assist in

tender documentation, cost estimation, and material sourcing

. Conduct

site visits and inspections

to monitor progress and provide design clarifications.

Job Requirement

At least 3 years' experiences Proficient in AutoCAD Able to do 3D and Familiar with FB ad will be an added value Knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is an advantage. Strong

visualization skills

with an eye for detail, materials, and finishes. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Work Independently & effectively * Reliable, Responsible and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges
