Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage various stakeholders.
Resourceful and has excellent planning and time management skills.
Proactive and detail oriented.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Required to go on-site occasionally.
Experience in retail shop design and layout is highly preferred.
Requirements:
Ensures drawings comply to authorities requirements.
Controls and manages issuances of changes and documents to ensure consistent quality.
Contribute to the Organization operational and management system.
Responsible for the overall planning, implementation and completion of projects within specified cost, time and quality.
Always maintains compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements.
Plays an active role in contributing to the organisation's continuous improvement initiatives.
To conduct technical meetings with the Client, Consultants and Contractor for on-site issues and progress.
