Job Highlights: Quality customer lead provided The company provide strong marketing support Training will be provided Attractive commission compensation (sky is the limit) Sales Target Incentives & Performance Bonus Positive & friendly work culture environment Job Responsibilities: Manage sales inquiries Understand customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction Prepare project quotation Schedule workflow 2D or 3D with space planning Shop drawings capability will be a plus Ensuring smooth coordination of renovation project Be able to deliver the project on time Job Requirements: Keen interest in Interior Design and Renovation Preferably with sales experience Undertake design project from concept to completion Define project requirements and schedule during the 'brief' Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans Prepare quotation and project costing fees according to budget Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Supervise work progress Pleasant working attitude, hardworking and creative Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises Strong interpersonal and communication skills Project management skills Fast learner and willing to learn Able to handle English & Mandarin speaking client & correspondences Knowledge in AutoCad, Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop preferred Ability to work creatively, both in a collaborative group environment and individually We welcome passionate individuals with or without experience in interior design Gross Monthly Salary Range (SGD): $3,000 - $8,000 Interested candidates, What's Next 1.
