Job Description

Responsibilities

• Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation
• Generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
• Prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material board
• Prepare for Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
• Communicate and liaise with contractors, consultants, and project managers on all project matters
• Prepare and compile costing for building and interior works
• Lead, supervise and manage all design and projects schedules
• Prepare schedule of finishes and project management schedules
• Brief and explain to contractors on proposed design intents and finishes
