• Interior Designer

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
• Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Salary: $2,500-$3,300

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in Autocad, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop & Shop Drawing
• Experiences in Retail / Commercial and Residential interior designing

Job Scope:

• Ability to execute full set drawings for submission to customers and building management etc ( 3D Visuals, Detailed elevation, Layout plan, Ceiling plan, M&E plan, material board submission and etc)
• Coordination work at site / with suppliers and customers
• To obtain quotation and sample from suppliers and sub-cons

2. Position : Interior Designer

• Working day : 5 days ( 8.30am - 6pm)
• Salary : $2000-$3000
• Location :Tessensohn Rd

Responsibilities

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the \xe2\x80\x9cbrief\xe2\x80\x9d
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Produce \xe2\x80\x9csample\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9cmood products\xe2\x80\x9d
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

3. Interior Designer

• Location: Henderson
• Salary : $3500 - $4500
• Working days: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design interior spaces that meet client specifications for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and budget requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, designs, plans, and 3D models using design software.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring quality and coherence with design intent.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within cost estimates.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
