Job Responsibilities:

Designs proposals for clients using SketchUp / AutoCAD / Enscape / Lumion / Vray / Photoshop
Monitor layout designs of showrooms
Reads plans and blueprints
Does market research for trends in designs and concepts
Collaborate with the Sales team to meet with clients to discuss company products and services and proposals

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Required Skills: METRON / AutoCAD / SketchUp with Vray / Lumion / Enscape
At least 1 yr. of experience in design or project management.
Must have an experience with modular kitchen cabinets and wardrobes.
Good communication and presentation skills
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
Professional license is an advantage but not required.
Highly organized to meet project timeline and budget and very keen to details
