Discussion with clients to understand their needs and requirement and provide resourceful and meaningful input on the design concept
Space Planning, Design conceptualization, detailed technical drawing and advise on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients
Project liaison with project managers, quantity surveyor, designers in overseas office

Requirements

Creative thinking, confident & positive working attitude
Good in conceptualizing designs, space planning and detail drawings
Great sense of ownership and responsibility
Self-motivated, good eye for details and well organized
Knowledge and passion in commercial interior environment for retail, office etc.
Willing to be hands on producing detailed drawings, 3D modellings, renders when required.
Able to work under short pressure to meet deadlines
Possess relevant at least 5 years working experience
Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
Knowledge and passion in interior fit-out and builders works for retail and commercial
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Sketchup Pro, Adobe Photoshop
Required language(s): English and other language
A more senior position is also available where salary commensurates with experience and skillset.
