Seeking an experienced Interior Designer who is well exposed to retail and commerical projects. * Experienced in retail and commercial ID projects * Handle various project design phases, from pr Seeking an experienced Interior Designer who is well exposed to retail and commerical projects. Experienced in retail and commercial ID projects Handle various project design phases, from presentation, design proposal, coordination with contractors/consultants/project managers/clients, to project completion etc Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides . Assist in tender documentation and detailed drawings . Ensure site compliance with design specifications and building regulations Develop new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones Other related ad hoc duties as assigned Desired Skills Sets 2-5 years of relevant working experience Experience in retail and commercial projects Familiar with AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up and Microsoft Office A passion for interior designing Able to multi-task, work under pressure and under tight deadlines. Possesses a 'can do attitude' Persuasive skills to acquire best value from vendors Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Working location: East
