- Follow up customer enquiry
- Responsible on provide pre and post sales service to customers
- Prepared quotation
- Sketch preliminary design plans and create mood board when presenting the concepts. (including electrical layouts)
- To schedule workflow, ensuring smooth coordination of renovation project
- Liaise & Work Closely with Sub-con & Suppliers to ensure smooth work flow of projects
- Any other tasks assigned by Superior from time to time
- A strong passion for interior architecture and interior design
- Good knowledge in selection of colours and materials
- Minimum 2 Year(s) of working experience in Commission Based Sales / Residentials projects / related field is required for this position.
- Strong portfolio
- Confident & outspoken
- Able to work independently and result-oriented
- Singapore Citizen may apply due to quota limitations.
- Direct Lead / Verified Leads Provided
- Basic salary / full commission available
- Attractive Commission Payout
- Average staffs are earning SGD $3000- $7000 per month
- Position increment according to performance
