We are looking for a passionate and creative

Interior Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to translate client needs into aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces. You will be responsible for developing concepts, producing detailed drawings, selecting materials and furnishings, and coordinating with project teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences. Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts. Produce technical drawings, 3D renderings, and detailed specifications. Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and decor items that align with design vision and budget. Prepare presentations and proposals for client approval. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely procurement and installation. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality and design compliance. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in interior design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered). Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong sense of color, texture, space, and proportion. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Preferred:

Portfolio showcasing a variety of residential, commercial, or retail interior design projects. Knowledge of local design regulations and building codes (especially for roles in Singapore). Experience working with contractors and overseeing on-site implementation. * Bilingual skills (e.g., English and Mandarin) are an advantage for client and vendor coordination.
