Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budgets, and timelines.
Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor items.
Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, and construction documents.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is met.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement of design elements.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.).
Strong knowledge of space planning, building codes, and construction processes.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Attributes:
Knowledge of sustainable/green design practices.
Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation.
